Ergonomics
The yardstick of our kitchens are the people
who live in them.
Your
Mulberry kitchen is designed to please - always.
The basis is new scientific insight with respect
to ergonomically correct working movements
and positions in the kitchen. No more back
aches when you are cooking, washing-up or
preparing vegetables; no tired legs when you
have finished cooking the evening meal or
preparing a party.
The
prerequisite of ergonomic planning is your
body size. The combination of variable base
elements and cabinets ensures that you will
be able to deal with most tasks with a straight
back. Your kitchen is optimally designed through
different working heights. In your kitchen
you are the measure of all things.

Based
on an ergonomic study conducted by Darmstad
technical University, Germany;source:

Ergonomic
insights are reflected in different
working heights: because the base of
the sink will be the working surface,
the sink should be positioned higher.
The opposite applies to the stove; it
should be positioned lower, because
the working surface will be the top
rim of the cooking pot.
