A. Visit Mulberry Fitted Kitchens. Due to the fact that our company represents such good value for money we will endeavour to provide extra storage space in your new kitchen to accommodate the fact that you will end up with some sacks that you will have to spend on other things like frocks and other essentials.

Q. I want an estimate for a new fitted kitchen, is there a charge for this service?

A. Mulberry Fitted Kitchens offer a free design and estimate service, not forgetting complimentary coffee and biscuits from the much revered 'company biscuit tin'.

Q. I have seen your design and have been given your quotation, what will happen next?

A. Nothing, unless you contact us - Mulberry Fitted Kitchens will not harass you for an order, but please do not think we are not interested in your custom, each and every customer is important to us and will be guaranteed our utmost personal attention from start to finish and beyond, we do not do the 'hard sell'. Take your time ............., (we appreciate that buying a new kitchen is a major decision) if you like the design and quotation, telephone or call into the showroom and we will mutually arrange a fitting date and take a deposit from you.

Q. I love the design Mulberry Fitted Kitchens has done for me, but unfortunately it's a little over my budget, what are my options?

A. Come in and we can discuss various options - We cannot discount our prices as all the quotations we give are already the fairest prices we can find, however, we could look at offering alternative doors (i.e. vinyl wrap instead of solid wood) and different appliances (we normally offer Neff appliances but if your budget is tight you could look at less expensive brands) or you could decide on a supply only kitchen to reduce the estimate by dispensing with fitting expenses.
