Belated New Year greetings.
Neff sent an engineer just before Christmas who has sorted out the ignition problems. It required the replacement of a solid state electronic programmer. Apparently a very rare failure. I had asked Neff some time ago if the plastic trim on part of the oven and grill doors should have ripples in it. I sent them photos and nothing seemed to happen until 'out of the blue' I got a lettter telling me the oven was to be replaced - I was 'gob smacked'. Today Neff installed a brand new double oven.
I think Neff must be in awe of you.
Can't fault Mulberry's customer after care - it's second to none.

Dear Sir,
I am just writing to let you know how pleased we were with the service you provided. We had a new sink fitted and Martin the plumber made an excellent job of it and was extremely courteous and very tidy. After he'd fitted it I said I would clean up but he was insistent he would do it.

Dear Sirs,
In the first place, we enclose a cheque as the final payment for our kitchen.
Secondly, we felt we wanted to place on record our appreciation for the finished result. All along, our aim was to achieve more storage space in quite a small kitchen. Initially, we were concerned that the size would put you off wanting to quote but that proved to be far from the case. Our second aim was to find a company that we felt we could work with. We quickly found that we got the sort of advice and tips from John that we did not appear to be getting from elsewhere. The designs that John came up with (principally the corner sink, which has made a great difference and was not as difficult to adapt to as I feared!) were innovative and thoughtful and his suggestions for appliances have been appreciated.
When it came to installation, work started on the day that we had been "promised" and people and materials came at the times we expected. Even when other parts of the installation were being planned, e.g. the floor being fitted by Karndean and the tiles being put on, our convenience appeared to be key. The people that you used were also pleasant people and easy to get along with and who clearly wanted to be helpful and do a good job. Invariably, they kept us informed when they were going and when they would next be back.
The correction of snags (and it would have been unusual for there not to have been some things that did not go as smoothly as hoped) was timely and, again, our convenience appeared to be paramount. Sadly, the tap was found to be defective - a manufacturing fault rather than an installation issue. That was reported to Geoff yesterday and is fixed today - to us, that comes under the definition of "good service".
Many thanks for installing us with a kitchen that is many times better that the one you took out, and where you achieved the principal aim of more storage space. There is no question that we would be happy to recommend you to anyone who is unsure where to go for their next kitchen.

Just to say a big thank you to you Colleen for your help yesterday. Ray came quite soon after you had called me following my call for help re: installation of the replacement fridge freezer, and resolved it. The Mulberry service has been consistently impressive but you really excelled yesterday, saving me from having 3 fridge freezers in my house - the redundant unit, the new installed one and my old one plugged in the hallway!

We were very impressed by the way you arranged immediate replacement with no inconvenience to ourselves.
