Wold
House, Kilholm, circa 1799
For
the last 11 months, John and Deborah have been renovating this gorgeous
period house, but their interesting dual level kitchen and dining
areas needed something special.
As
our clients own the Indoor Sports Centre on Harpings Road in Hull,
it made good sense to explore the options with their business neighbours
- Mulberry Kitchens.
After
agreeing the layout, Deborah chose a bespoke cream kitchen with
tongue and groove panelwork, complimented by caramel granite worktops
and upstands. The double farmhouse sink and the black Excel range
lent themselves perfectly to the traditional style the building
deserved. We built several unique features which are our little
secret but, as a consolation we are happy to share these quotations
from Deborah:
"In
my mind's eye, this is exactly what I wanted before I came into
Mulberry.
John Chambers is so obliging, the whole thing was very professional
and I can't find anything to complain about - that's quite a change
nowadays!"
Thanks
Deborah and John - we think that your Little Monkey's Fun House
is pretty good too. |
