- North Ferriby
This
month we are offering a privileged peep into the kitchen of a very
private North Ferriby home.
Our
clients were extending their house and had the foresight to explore
the kitchen market for ideas prior to the actual building work.
After several uninspiring visits to kitchen studios in the area,
a consultation with Mulberry quickly identified that by making minor
changes to the plan, such as NOT building a particular internal
wall, a fabulous multi purpose kitchen - complete with a useful
island and dining feature could be achieved.
High
gloss white doors with a backdrop of tumbled marble so benefit from
the dramatic contrasts of the black granite and solid oak.
Our
client tells me, and I quote. "John Chambers worked from
the plans before the house was built and gave us a design that no
one else had spotted - which I have to say has worked spectacularly
well.
It
looks terrific works properly and is a pleasure to be in - even
if you don't do anything! Oh, and the induction hob with its even
heat is phenomenal".
REMEMBER,
don't be afraid to consult your kitchen designer BEFORE building
work starts - a tiny tweak to a plan can open up many exciting options.
